Gorilla Mind (gorillamind.com) is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specializing in fitness and health supplements, including pre-workout, post-workout, protein, nootropics, and other products designed to support all fitness goals. To fuel our continued expansion, we're looking to add a motivated Social Media Influencer Manager to our team based at our headquarters in Boise, ID.


This role is key to the success of our influencer program and social media marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and managing influencer relationships, developing marketing strategies, and supporting content creation across our social media platforms. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help drive innovation, foster community engagement, and optimize campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Influencer Program Management:

  • Identify and recruit potential influencers to expand Gorilla Mind’s affiliate network through Shopify and TikTok Shop and other social media platforms.
  • Onboard new influencers, providing them with the necessary tools and support to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate influencers orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor influencers performance, ensuring adherence to contracts and deliverables; and metrics, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Maintain proactive communication with influencers, addressing inquiries and sharing timely updates on promotions and new product launches.
  • Collect and curate user-generated content from influencers (e.g., testimonials, reviews, photos) for marketing purposes.
  • Create briefs for influencers on product & non-product campaigns. 
  • Create recap decks following launches & campaigns with influencers to share analytics and learnings from campaigns. 
  • Create new ways to initiate with influencers to further deepen brand partnerships & awareness. 
  • Manage influencers payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of commissions and incentives.
  • Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to resolve payment-related inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports, analyzing influencer activities to inform strategic decisions.

Social Media Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies.
  • Draft compelling captions and post content across various social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Discord).
  • Generate creative ideas for photos, videos, and other visual content to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  • Completel monthly social media analytical recaps to show growth and learnings.
  • Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and provide timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Support content strategy for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Organize and maintain content libraries from contractors, photographers, and videographers for easy access.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in Influencer management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance contract deliverable monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of Influencer marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
  • Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., SproutSocial, SocialBlade, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both Influencers and internal teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong team player, and willingness to take on new challenges.


Compensation: 

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
