Animal Farm Family LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with the ERP system Acumatica.
As our Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our financial software and systems. You’ll work closely with our finance and accounting departments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making through detailed analysis. Your expertise will help streamline financial workflows, improve financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize financial systems and processes.
- Implement and maintain financial software and tools (Via Acumatica).
- Ensure financial data is accurately captured, processed, and reported.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct financial data analysis to aid decision-making.
- Work with finance and accounting teams to enhance system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Acumatica ERP is required.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial processes to non-financial stakeholders.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year/year depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
