Intelligent Shop (intelligent.shop), a burgeoning E-commerce brand specializing in innovative self-improvement unique men's products including fragrances, hair loss prevention and regrowth, and cutting-edge niche products is seeking a talented Creative and Brand Manager to join our team! 


Overview:


Intelligent Shop seeks an innovative, creative brand manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our startup’s brand identity and creative direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement branding initiatives that effectively communicate our company's values and cutting-edge innovations to resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background, an eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for strategically and tactically building a young brand. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be responsible for both strategic planning and creative execution.


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that reflect the unique positioning of Intelligent Shop's men's self-improvement products.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, packaging designs, and product visuals that resonate with our target audience and communicate our brand message effectively.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand identity, including visual elements, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including product descriptions, website content, and email campaigns, to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate from end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of branding and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the men's self-improvement products industry.
  • Manage creative vendors and professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within allocated budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of branding and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Located in the Los Angeles, California area and able to travel to and from photoshoots, video shoots, meetings with affiliates and other vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or a related role, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on management style is a must.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, as well as experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in branding, marketing, and consumer behavior in the men's self-improvement products industry.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels is highly desirable.
  • Passion for self-improvement and an understanding of Intelligent’s target audience's needs, preferences, and aspirations.

 

Compensation: 

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-120,000/year depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
