As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced front-end

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Shopify-based website theme(s), custom apps, and
infrastructure to deliver exceptional user experiences. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable front-end code using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and
JavaScript without reliance on frameworks or third-party dependencies. - Collaborate with designers and developers to build responsive and accessible web
pages and applications that meet business requirements and user needs. - Optimize website performance, reliability, and ensure cross-browser and device
compatibility using industry best practices and tools. - Document code, systems, processes, and update/maintain internal documentation to
facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. - Test, debug, and troubleshoot front-end applications to ensure they meet functional and
non-functional requirements. - Identify user, system, and functional requirements for new projects and tasks through
research, analysis, and communication with stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends and recommend new
- tools, techniques, and best practices to improve our development process and
deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Every applicant is expected to have substantial experience in front-end web development.
Additionally, the ideal candidate for this position has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience working with web technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field(s).
- Expertise in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Very strong understanding and knowledge of HTML, CSS and the structure and layout of
web pages & applications. - Experience using Git and a strong understanding of standard GitHub workflows.
- Practice utilizing one or more front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
- Strong understanding of responsive design practices and implementation.
Supplementary Qualifications
We understand that each candidate has a unique background and experience. The following
qualifications are not required, but can strengthen the candidacy for applicants:
- Experience developing Shopify themes, apps, and utilizing the Shopify CLI.
● Familiarity and practice with back-end web development technologies.
● Familiarity with using network and performance diagnostic tools.
● Practice following the agile/scrum development methodology.
● Experience with Search Engine Optimization and creating SEO-friendly web pages.
● Experience creating elegant and effective user experiences and interfaces (UX/UI).
● Familiarity with web accessibility and experience creating accessible web content.
● Experience using user-interface prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Framer, etc.).
● Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
● Understanding of, and ability to calculate computational and spatial complexity of
algorithms (Big-O).

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $95,500 - $130,000 per year/year depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

Work Schedule
Full-time position with a 40-hour work week and a flexible schedule. Our business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mountain Time) from Monday to Friday.
We ask that applicants be available for a significant portion of our hours of operation.
