Animal Farm Family LLC is a holding company for three rapidly growing e-commerce companies:


Gorilla Mind (gorillamind.com) - Fitness & health supplements store centering around pre-workout, post-workout, protein, and products to support all fitness goals.

Happy Hippo (happyhippoherbals.com) - The world’s leading online kratom retailer, along with other popular botanical and herbal supplements.

Intelligent Shop (intelligent.shop) - A brand new men’s lifestyle products store, creating innovative new products to help men become the best version of themselves.

To support our continued growth and success, we are seeking to expand our team with another Information Technology Support Specialist who can work in-person at our offices in Boise, ID.


Primary Responsibilities


The Information Technology Support specialist is responsible for all of the following duties across multiple companies, departments, and buildings:


-Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues that other employees experience with their computers, applications, systems, processes, and tools.

-Install, configure, maintain, update and support new software, systems, hardware, printers, networking equipment, other devices and components.

-Setup employee workstations, including computers, monitors, peripheral devices, and effectively manage cables.

-Support fulfillment centers for all companies

-Provide guidance and train other employees on how to operate software and equipment.

-Organize and schedule regular maintenance and updates without impacting other departments and employees productivity.

-Regularly evaluate systems and infrastructure to ensure they are fully functional, secure, and meet all business requirements.

-Maintain records, logs, documentation, and regularly update support tickets with notes, procedures, maintenance steps, details, resources and other relevant information.

-Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders for new equipment.

-Create and manage user profiles, security, permissions, and access.

-Manage, organize, provision, delegate and track equipment and assets.

-Assist with the design, implementation and ongoing support of new equipment and software systems.

-Conduct meetings with third-parties, vendors and business partners.



Required Qualifications


Every applicant is expected to have 2+ years of industry experience and meet all of the following qualifications:


-Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, ITSM, or related field(s).

-Extensive experience operating and troubleshooting major operating systems, including Windows, MacOS and various Linux distributions.

-Experience using ticketing systems for responding to employee requests, recording and logging daily projects and tasks.

-Strong experience utilizing the entire Google Product Suite: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Admin Console.

-Experience utilizing an MDM to manage machines remotely.

-CompTIA A+ Certification

-Experience with managing teams, employees, and delegating tasks to others

-Experience using and supporting modern technology stacks, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies on the cutting edge of the industry

-Awarded other relevant industry certifications

-Bash scripting experience

-Customer Service experience a plus
